A workshop, meant to refresh and rejuvenate ethics, etiquettes, social habits, traditions, communication techniques, ceremonials, professional conduct, etc got underway at the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-W) during February 15 - 16.
The workshop invited Brigadier H.N Halangoda (Retd) to conduct the sessions at the request of Major General Boniface Perera, Commander, SFHQ-W.
The two-day workshop attended by 37 young middle grade officers had been planned in keeping with instructions from the office of the Commander of the Army.
Towards the end of the project, the guest speaker spoke on the ‘Officering and Regimentation’ during a formal dinner night and educated those budding officers on those lines.
