The knowledge on 'Angampora,’ Sri Lankan Martial Art revived and popularized among Army troops was further expanded and promoted by way of a comprehensive workshop, organized at the Panagoda 'Angampora Hela Satan’ Training & Research Centre on 26 September following an initiative taken by Major General Jayantha Kodithuwakku, Chairman, Army Angampora Committee.
This was the first such workshop that brought all 'Angampora' practioners in the Army under one roof considering all indigenous varieties of this ancient self-defence technique which would promote physical strength, endurance, courage and tolerance among the soldiers.jordan release date | Sneakers
