The Gemunu Watch (GW) wheelchair tennis players who competed with their counterparts of the Sri Lanka Artillery, Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, Gajaba Regiment, Vijayabahu Regiment and Commando Regiment in the Army Inter Regiment Tennis Tournament - 2022, held at Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regimental HQ premises during 11 - 12 July emerged the winners carrying away the championship.
Tennis players of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment and Sri Lanka Artillery won 2nd and 3rd places respectively as runners-up in the tournament.
Brigadier Shantha Hewage, Centre Commandant, Sri Lanka Artillery (SLA) attended the awarding ceremony as the Chief Guest along with several Staff Officers of the SLA Regimental Centre.
