West Troops in Collaboration with the Sri Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya Youth Organization Stages a Rice Dansala

A rice dansala was held at Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya under the instructions of Major General S.W.M Fernando WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc, the Commander, Security Forces – West with the sponsorship of Sri Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya Youth Organization.

The dansala was conducted during 23 and 24 May 2024 and approximately 20,000 people attended for the event. The General Officer Commanding of 14 Infantry Division and the Commander of the 144 Infantry Brigade supervised the event.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks also took part in the event.
