3 (Volunteer) Gemunu Watch (GW) troops of the 613 Brigade under the 61 Division of the Security Force HQ-West on Thursday (29) launched a beach cleaning project along the popular Weligama beach front in Weligama, Matara.
The programme was conducted under the supervision of Major General Dammi Hewage, General Officer Commanding, 61 Division, together with the support of 613 Brigade Commander and the Commanding Officer, 3 (V) Gemunu Watch.
