Wednesday Training Program was conducted on 4 December 2024 at the 61 Infantry Division Headquarters in Boossa, under the guidance of Major General K.T.P De Silva RSP ndu psc, the General Officer Commanding of the 61 Infantry Division. The programme aimed to promote team-building and enhance the knowledge and professionalism of both Officers and Other Ranks.
The day began with team-building activities, including lift in relay, arch and straddle relay, rugby scrum clock relay, and human knot, which fostered camaraderie and teamwork among participants. This was followed by a lecture on ‘Discipline and Conduct of Military Personnel’, delivered by Major B.G.T.D Bandara SLCMP, the Officer Commanding of Provost Company.
A total of 21 Officers and 202 Other Ranks participated in the program.
