Responding to a request made by Water Supply Board, Colonel W.A.J Hemachandra RSP psc, Commander of 112 Infantry Brigade, conducted a lecture session on ‘Leadership Qualities’ at the Uva Management Development Institute, Passara on Friday (19 Jan).
The officials of the Human Resource Management Division of the Water Supply Board took part in the session.
