Major General R.A.J.N Ranasinghe RSP USP ndc General Officer Commanding of the 61 Infantry Division, together with Major General C.S Munasinghe WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc IG, General Officer Commanding of the 12 Infantry Division and Colonel K.A.D.N.R Kannangara, Brigade Commander of the 613 Infantry Brigade intending to lend greetings and best wishes to War Heroes under recuperation and rehabilitation arrived at the ‘Abimansala 2’ wellness resort in Kamburupitiya on 27 September to coincide with the forthcoming 74th Army Anniversary.
At first, those visiting Senior Officers spoke to them, interacted with them and inquired about their requirements and the wellbeing of their families too. Afterwards, each War Hero under rehabilitation was awarded a special gift parcel and conveyed the Commander’s best wishes on account of the Army anniversary.
