Troops of the 62 Division under the Security Force Headquarters-Wanni distributed stationery packs among 50 needy students of Grade 5 at Hemamali Vidyalaya, D4, Wahalkada on Sunday (28).
In response to a request made by Brigadier K.G.D Perera, General Officer Commanding, 62 Division, Mr Shanaka Senevirathne along with his family members and friends sponsored those stationery packs containing all essentials each worth of Rs. 1500.00.
Brigadier K.G.D Perera, Mr Shanaka Senevirathne’s family members and friends, Principal, staff, teachers and students of Hemamali College participated in the occasion.
