Vijayabahu Motocross Holds Raffle Draw - 2020 at RHQ VIR

The Vijayabahu Motocross, organized by The Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment (VIR) in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Army Motor Sports Club, Sri Lanka Racing Riders Association, and Sri Lanka Motorcycle Riders’, held every year to raise funds for welfare roles of differently able VIR war heroes, soldiers in active service and their families of the Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment could not be held this year due to COVID-10 health concerns but the customary Raffle Draw instead took place on 07 November 2020 at the RHQ Centre.

A brief ceremony for the Raffle lottery draw got underway at the ‘Salute’ Multifunctional Hall at Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment, Boyagane, Kurunegala on Saturday (7) headed by Major General Sisira Pilapitiya, General Officer Commanding of the 55 Division and Colonel of the Regiment of the Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Results are as follows;
