A.H.H Sri Lanka Institute and Mrs Thamara Wijesinghe, jointly sponsored the construction of a pre-school building for kids at Veheratenna village, following initiatives taken by the 623 Brigade and 62 Division under the Security Force Headquarters Wanni (SFHQ- W).
The new building, a widely-felt requirement for a long time was ceremonially opened on Monday (21) by Major General Boniface Perera, Commander, SFHQ-W, amid a gathering of invitees, including Ven. Imbulgoda Pannasila Thera, Ven. Kuda Halmillawe Wanarathna Thera, General Officer Commanding 62 Division, 623 Brigade Commander and several other senior officers of the SFHQ-W.
