Lieutenant Colonel Robert Ross, USA Army Defence Attaché in Sri Lanka and Maldives paid a courtesy call on Major General G.R.H Dias, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 12 Division at the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) on Monday (20).
During the cordial meeting, Lieutenant Colonel Robert Ross exchanged views on matters of mutual interest with the GOC.
