US Army Delegates Meet SF-Cen Commander

Captain Jeffry Benton and Staff Sergeant (SFC) Sean Ireland of the US Army, now serving in the United States Army Pacific Command (USAPC) during a tour to Diyatalawa had a courtesy meeting with Major General Rukmal Dias, Commander, Security Forces - Central (SF-Cen) at its Headquarters on Friday (30).

During the cordial meeting, Captain Jeffry Benton expressed his gratitude to the Sri Lankan Army Chief and Commander, SF-Cen for arranging this opportunity.

They also exchanged views on emergency assistance programmes, relief work, environmental protection programmes and welfare roles for civilians and other matters of interest.
