Deputy Head of Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mr David Quesne met Major General Jagath Dias, Commander, Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) at the Commander’s office at SFHQ-MLT on Tuesday (21).
During Mr Quesene’s first meeting with the new SFHQ-MLT Commander, both of them discussed present ICRC roles and future programmes.
Meanwhile, Mr M Golam Abbas, UNHCR country representative for Sri Lanka on Tuesday (21) paid a formal visit to the SFHQ-MLT and met the new SFHQ-MLT Commander, Major General Jagath Dias.
Mr Golam Abbas was accompanied by Mr Marin Din Kajdomca, Head of Office and Ms Viktoriya Talishkhanova, Programme Officer, UNHCR Kilinochchi Branch.
