The United Nations Conduct and Discipline Team of Bamako (MINUSMA) in Mali conducted the routine risk assessment inspection on the 5th Combat Convoy Company of Sri Lanka after visiting the Gao Super Camp in Mali on Tuesday (7 November).
Mr. Ghandhi Shukri, the Principal Advisor for SRSG MINUSMA along with his team toured inside the camp and participated in the inspection, in which the team commended the Commander of the Gao Super Camp for implementation of effective rules and preventive measures, being adopted to avoid abuse of welfare facilities, sexual exploitation, insecurity and proper conduct of operational preparedness in emergencies.
