An awareness programme on traffic control for troops who are presently serving the Security Forces Headquarters – Wanni (SFHQ-W) was held on Saturday (30) at the SFHQ-W Corporals’ Club.
Deputy Inspector General (Traffic) P. Perimpanayagum (Retd), Director of Motor Traffic Training Institute conducted the programme. The programme enlightened the troops on basic rules and regulations on traffic control. They were awarded certificates upon participation in the programme.
Senior officers, officers and other rankers in Divisions, Brigades and Battalions under the SFHQ-W attended the awareness programme.
