JAFFNA: TROOPS STORMING the LTTE Defence line in MUHAMALE Friday (4) killed two terrorists and injured several others after a successful small arms attack at about 5.10 a.m.
Tiger terrorists in adjoining bunkers who were panic after this surprise attack in the morning ran in all directions while troops razed one LTTE bunker before return to their bases.
No injuries were reported on troops.
Meanwhile, another group of soldiers the same day (4) recovered one claymore mine from general MUHAMALE area around 7.00 a.m.
