Two passenger buses operating on the Colombo–Kaduruwela route collided in front of the Infantry Training Centre (ITC) Minneriya on 01 May 2025.
In response to the incident, troops of the ITC promptly took action by evacuating the casualties from the location and assisting in restoring the traffic situation to normal.
