Troops of the 11th Battalion Gemunu Watch and the Regimental Centre Gemunu Watch successfully rescued five individuals who had fallen down a steep slope near Baker’s Bend along Nonperiyal Road in Belihuloya on 10 June 2025.
The operation was conducted under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding of 61 Infantry Division and the supervision of the Commander, 572 Infantry Brigade.
