Troops of the Gemunu Watch, along with the community in Kahengama, conducted a road cleaning programme spanning over 2000 metres in Kahengama area on 04th January 2025.
On the same day, the drainage system at Edandawala junction was restored, extending up to the Regimental Centre. Furthermore, a cleaning programme was also conducted at the Kahengama Sri Vidyaloka Pirivena. This initiative was conducted under the guidance of Major General W.B.J.K Wimalaratne RWP RSP, the Colonel of the Gemunu Watch.
