Troops of 6 SLA Constructs a New House for a Needy Family

In line with the 75th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army, troops of the 6 Field Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery (SLA) constructed a new house for a needy family in Meewitigammana, Urapola. This initiative was successfully completed with the support of numerous local donors, who contributed both financially and materially to the project.

The house was officially vested in the beneficiary by Major General A.H.L.G Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Commander Security Forces (West) on 9 September 2024. Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, government officials, donors and villagers participated in the event.
