Troops of 18 GW Conduct a Shramadana Campaign

Coinciding with the 75th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army, troops of the 18 Gemunu Watch (GW) conducted a Shramadana campaign on 22 August 2024, focused on cleaning the Kumbukkana Gangarama Temple premises and the Monaragala Maduruketiya Children’s Development Center premises.

This initiative was carried out under the supervision of the Commanding Officer of 18 GW, following instructions from the Commander of the 121 Infantry Brigade. The Chief Incumbent of the temple and the staff of the Children’s Development Center praised the troops for their commendable efforts.
