The troops of the 17th Battalion Gamunu Watch conducted a blood donation programme on 05 June 2025.
The aim of this programme was to commemorate the “Fallen War Heroes” who sacrificed their lives during the Humanitarian Operations. Troops of the 512 Infantry Brigade, 17 Gamunu Watch, and 14 Gajaba Regiment donated their blood during the programme.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Major General M.P.N.A Muthumala USP psc, General Officer Commanding of 51 Infantry Division and the supervision of the Commander 512 Infantry Brigade, in collaboration with the Teaching Hospital Jaffna.
