Troops of the 12 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) completed the construction of a house for a needy family in Eralakkulam, Sittandy, on 07 October 2024.
The project was carried out under the supervision of Major H.M.V.P. Herath, the Commanding Officer of the 12 SLNG. The house was vested in the beneficiary by Major General W.P. Kariyawasam, the General Officer Commanding of the 23 Infantry Division.
Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, Police Officers, Government Officials, and villagers participated in the housewarming ceremony.
