The troops of 12 Infantry Division Headquarter organized a school accessories donation programme at Galwewa Vidyalaya in Hambantota on 22 November 2024.
Major General P.K.W.W.M.J.S.B.W. Pallekumbura RWP RSP ndu psc, General Officer Commanding 12 Infantry Division graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
During the programme, school bags and exercise books were distributed among 148 students. The financial contribution was provided by Sathosa Motors Private Limited and Access Engineering Private Limited. In line with this, sports items were also donated by the “Manusath Derana” for the use of the students.
Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, Principal and Staff of the School, Financial contributors, Parents and Students participated in the programme.
