Under the guidance of Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, the Commander of the Army and under the supervision of the Directorate of Engineer Services, the troops of the 10 (V) Engineer Services Regiment (ESR) successfully completed the construction of a Sanghawasa Building at Sri Rathnarama Rajamaha Viharaya, Lunugamwehera, on 13 September 2024.
The Commanding Officer, Officers and Other Ranks of the 10 (V) ESR attended the event.
