On the instructions of the 22 Division Headquarters under Security Forces Headquarters, East (SFHQ-E), troops of 2 (v) Gajaba Regiment (GR) serving the 221 Brigade Headquarters organized a two-day seminar for the benefit of students sitting the G.C.E (A/L) examination in the Trincomalee district.
Over 220 students of Tamil medium (Science stream) took part in the seminar at Trincomalee Vivekananda Maha Vidyalaya during July 26-27. Several reputed lecturers in the area delivered useful guidelines to the students during the sessions.
The conduct of the seminar received the blessings of Brigadier Mahinda Weerasooriya, General Officer Commanding, 22 Division Headquarters.
