Training Program on Mental Health and Wellbeing Held at 61 Infantry Division

The 61 Infantry Division conducted a training program at the 2 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry lecture hall on 08 May 2024. The sessions were conducted by Specialist Psychiatrist Brigadier R.M.M Monaragala USP, Consultant Clinical Psychology, Lieutenant Colonel U.G Mallawarachchai RSP USP and Psychologist Major D.D.R.T Karunasena from the Sri Lanka Army Directorate of Preventive Medicine and Mental Health.

The lectures covered a range of topics, including solving economic issues, maintaining a healthy family life, stress management and combating drug addiction. A total of 8 Officers and 160 Other Ranks participated in the lecture.
