MULLAITTIVU: TIGER terrorists, struggling for existence in the “No Fire Zone” are confirmed to have six large boats, equipped with anti-aircraft weapons, high fidelity communication equipment, global positioning systems and other sophisticated instruments at their disposal for any eventual escape as the last resort, top level military intelligence confirmed.
Similarly, five more LTTE boats, packed with food items and dry rations have been reportedly kept stand-by to be used for an emergency mission by the Tigers in the remaining patch of land adjacent to the seas.
Unable to resist fire-power of ground troops and sailors any longer Tiger leadership in the “No Fire Zone” has ordered his remaining terrorists to immediately sink or destroy all fishing boats, belonging to entrapped civilians who have been residing there.
Military intelligence said Tiger leadership has now been compelled to stick to three options in the event the troops rolled on to the remaining stronghold. Terrorists have to either eat cyanide or surrender or escape undetected as the pressure on them was fast mounting, intelligence sleuths confirmed.
