A three-days training workshop on ‘Leadership’ was conducted for 54 school students at St. Anthony’s College, Kandy from 16 to 18 April 2023 at Minneriya Infantry Training Centre at the request of the Principal and staff of the school.
With the blessings of the Commander of the Army, it was meant to cultivate and increase their leadership qualities, capacity-building while enabling them to face challenges and develop their talents and skills with discipline.
The programme got underway under the guidance of the Commandant, Infantry Training Centre, Brigadier W. S. K Liyanawaduge RSP. The workshop included physical exercises, lectures, discussions, and other group training activities.
