Sripura Students Receive Incentives

 
A group of social service-minded civilians, including Consultant Surgeon Dr L.M Wijesooriya, Dr. (Mrs) Wijesooriya, Mr. S.H Sherman De Silva, Mr. Saliya Vithanage, Mr. Rohana, Branch Manager, Ceylinco Insurance Company Ltd of Padaviya, took the initiative of distributing school accessories and other educational items, free of charge among 100 school students at Sripura Primary School on Saturday (28).
 
The arrangement, coordinated by the troops of 9 (v) Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) Regiment of the 621 Brigade under the 62 Division, saw a simple ceremony at the school premises, carry away those gift parcels, donated by those philanthropists. 

The group of donors, 622 Brigade Commander, 621 Brigade, Civil Affairs Officer and teachers took part in the distribution ceremony.
