Sri Lanka Army Civilian Benefit Association Marks its Assn's 25th Anniversary

A blood donation campaign was organized by Sri Lanka Army Civilian Benefit Association (SLACBA) at the Directorate of Civil Administration auditorium on Wednesday (31) to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the SLACBA.

Prior to the start of the blood donation campaign, a religious programme was conducted in order to transfer merits to fallen heroes and civil employees during the humanitarian operations. The chief incumbent at Sri Visuddaramaya, Ven. Veediyagoda Piyananda Thero conducted a Buddhist sermon and preached the importance of the anniversary.  

A large gathering including the Deputy Director of Civil Administration, Senior Officials and members of the civil staff serving in the Directorate participated in the arrangements.
