Troops of the 64 Division under the Security Force HQ - Mullaitivue keen on supporting the youth in Oddusuddan area, donated sports items, worth Rs 25, 000 to the ‘Madur’ Sports Club in Jeewanagar in Muthiyankaddukulam on Wednesday (11).
The programme was organized by 64 Division troops under the guidance and instructions of the General Officer Commanding 64 Division, Major General Upul Weerakoon who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The donations were sponsored by donors from Colombo area who do not wish to be named.
Staff officers of the Division were present at the occasion.
