SNCOs’ and NCOs’ Leadership & Career Development’ Course at CTS Ends

The Senior Non-Commissioned Officers’ (SNCOs’) and Non-Commissioned Officers’ (NCOs’) ‘Senior Leadership and Career Development’ Course - 51 and 56 of the Combat Training School (CTS) in Ampara ended in a certificate-awarding ceremony on 21 May 2024.

53 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers and 83 Non-Commissioned Officers belonging to different Regiments in the Army followed the one-month long residential course at the CTS. Staff Sergeant R.S.N Ranathunga RSP USP of Special Forces was awarded as the Best Student in the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers’ Course - 51. Bombardier D.P Peris of Sri Lanka Artillery was awarded as the Best Student in the Non-Commissioned Officers’ Course -56.

The concluding remarks were delivered by Colonel M.K.A.D Chandramal, Commanding Officer, CTS after awarding of certificates to course attendees. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the ceremony.
