SLNG Commanding Officers’ Conference Takes Up Administrative Issues

A conference on improvement of administrative tasks for Commanding Officers of the Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) was held at the SLNG Regimental Conference Hall, Weherawatta, Kurunegala on Friday (09).

The conference was presided by Major General A P De Z Wickramaratne, Colonel of the Regiment, SLNG with a view to further improving administrative matters of the battalions in the SLNG Regiment.

All Commanding Officers of the SLNG attended the event. Measures to resolve administrative issues and the action-plan for infrastructure development was also taken up for discussion during the meeting.

Presiding Colonel of the Regiment addressed the Commanding Officers and outlined his overall assessment of the performance of the battalions and set forth planned targets to be achieved in 2017.

It was followed by interactive sessions with Commanding Officers, present who enlightened the Colonel of the Regiment in turn.
