The customary final presentation of the SLMA undergraduates who are capable of becoming decision-makers in the organization as one more group of professionally-qualified officers as time advances occurred in the previous evening (18) at the SLMA’s Sino-Lanka Friendship auditorium, headed by Major General (Retd) Kamal Gunarathne, Secretary Defence as the Chief Guest in the presence of Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army. The final presentation of those Officer Cadets centered on the theme, “Response of Government in successfully containing the COVID-19 and role of stakeholders”.
Adding a new feature to the day’s agenda, the SLMA authored book “SLMA Journal” was also formally released and its maiden copies were presented to the Chief Guest, Major General (Retd) Kamal Gunarathne, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva and other distinguished guests by the SLMA Commandant as SLMA productions.
