SLE Division Conducted Leadership Training Programme for Swimming Team of Bishop College - Colombo

A specially designed full-day leadership training programme was held with the participation of 19 students of Bishop College, Colombo 03, on Friday (26 Jan) at Sri Lanka Engineers (SLE) Division, Mattegoda, on the request of the Principal, Bishop College.

The leadership programme was aimed to develop students’ leadership qualities, teamwork and team building capacities, personality and social etiquette.

The day leadership training programme was initiated under the directions of Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, the Commander of the Army, and the supervision of Major General S.A Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc, the Chief Field Engineer and Major General D.K.S.K Dolage USP psc, General Officer Commanding of the SLE Division.
