Coinciding with the upcoming 75th Army Day, under the supervision of the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP), the troops of the SLCMP conducted a cleaning program at the Ceylon School for the Deaf and Blind (CSDB), Rathmalana, on 18 July 2024.
During the program, SLCMP personnel removed wrappers, plastic bottles, and polythene, which posed threats to the natural beauty in the area. The effort of the SLCMP troops was warmly acknowledged and appreciated by the authorities of CSDB.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in this initiative.
