The 5 Sri Lanka Artillery (SLA) Regiment took the initiative in re-commencing the Post Depot Course for troops of 5 SLA in the Regiment due to efforts taken by the Commander, Artillery Brigade, Brigadier Chamila Munasinghe.
After the SLA Regimental Centre provided 3x122 mm Guns for the training purpose, the Course got to a start at the 5 SLA camp in Senapura on 3rd March 2021.
The Commandant at School of Artillery, Colonel Rohan Madagoda graced the inaugural ceremony and delivered the opening address as the Chief Guest.
