Under the guidance of Major General S. Kasturimudali RSP ndc psc, the General Officer Commanding of 56 Infantry Division and supervision of Mrs. Udula Kasturimudali, the Chairperson of SLAWC- Seva Vanitha Branch, a pol roti and beli mal dansala was organized on 23 May 2024 in front of the SLAWC Regimental Centre, coinciding with the Vesak festival.
A large number of civilians living around the area attended the dansela. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in this charity event.
