SLAWC Colonel Commandant Visits 1 SLAWC

Major General M.K.U.P Gunaratne RSP ndu psc IG, Commander, Security Forces- East and the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps (SLAWC) made an official visit to the 1 SLAWC on Friday (19 Jan).

Commanding Officer warmly welcomed the visiting Colonel Commandant according to military traditions and briefed him the functioning of the Battalion.

Later on, Colonel Commandant addressed the troops at the premises. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were present during the event.
