The Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps (SLAWC) bade farewell to Major General S. Katurimudali RSP ndc psc, the outgoing Colonel Commandant of SLAWC, on 20 October 2024 at the Regimental Centre in Borella.
Upon his arrival, he was warmly received by the Centre Commandant, and greeted in a Guard Turnout. He then paid floral tribute to fallen War Heroes at the Regimental War Heros Monument followed by a Guard of Honour.
Following this, the Senior Officer participated in All-Ranks tea and addressed the troops. The event culminated with a Farewell Dinner at the SLAWC Officers’ Mess.
