SLAC Inter Unit Swimming Meet Ends

The Inter Unit Swimming Meet - 2022, organized by 3 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps Regiment (SLAC) got underway at the Salgadu swimming complex in Anuradhapura on Wednesday (30).

Brigadier Priyantha Kariyawasam, Commander of the Armoured Brigade attended the final events as the Chief Guest. A total of 60 swimmers of all units of the SLAC took part in the tournament.

Displaying tremendous overall performances, swimmers in the 4 SLAC emerged as champions in the tournament. 3 SLAC participants secured the runners up slot.

Trooper, K.S.R Peiris of 4 SLAC clinched the Best Swimmer award for his outstanding skills in the Inter Unit Swimming Meet - 2022.
