With the intention of enhancing the knowledge of English the other ranks serving at Divisions, Brigades, Forward Maintenance Area (FMA) and Units serving under the Security Force Headquarters – Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT), the 5th English Course commenced on Tuesday at the SFHQ – MLT premises on the directions of Major General P.U.S. Vithanage, Commander, SFHQ – MLT.
Brigadier N.M. Hettiarachchi, Brigadier General Staff (BGS) addressed the gathering at the opening ceremony of the course where 40 other ranks will follow.
Staff officers, officers and other ranks attended the opening address ceremony.
