SFHQ – J Takes Leave of His Troops

Major General Nandana Udawatta, Commander, Security Force Headquarters – Jaffna (SFHQ – J) relinquished his office SF Commander in Jaffna on Sunday (19).

Prior to leave from the SFHQ – J, the SF Commander visited his under commanding 51, 52, 55 Divisions and Forward Maintenance Area – (FMA – North), Kankasanthurei and addressed the troops and thanked them for maintaining high standards in the SFHQ – J.

The visiting SF Commander was warmly welcomed by the General Officer Commanding (GOC), of each Divisions.

A Guard Turnout to be in line with military formalities presented by the troops of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (SLAC) and saluted the Commander, SFHQ- J at the SFHQ –J Headquarters premises.

Senior SLAC officers, officers and other ranks participated in the event.
