The newly-constructed Officers' Mess at the 56 Division was opened by Major General Boniface Perera, Commander, Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-W) during a brief ceremony held at 56 Division Headquarters, Kokeliya on Saturday (15).
The project was initiated under the directions of General Officer Commanding, 56 Division.
General Officers Commanding, Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers and senior officers attended the event.
