SFHQ-MLT & SFHQ-C Attend Wednesday Training Programmes

On the instructions of the Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu, Major General Dampath Fernando, another Wednesday Training Programme, organized for officers in Divisions, Forward Maintenance Area (FMA), Brigades and Units of the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ - MLT) got under way at the main auditorium on Wednesday (8) .

During the programme, Captain R.M.A.G Rathnayake of Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment (VIR) delivered a lecture on ‘Operation Neptune Spear’ and Lieutenant W.U.A.P Kumara of Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) spoke on ‘How to Change Personal Attitude’.

In addition, Sergeant H.P.R Alahakoon of Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC) delivered a lecture on ‘Signal Procedure’.

Around 50 officers attended the training Day programme at the SFHQ-MLT.

In the meantime, Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ - C) launched a Wednesday training programme at its auditorium on Wednesday (8).

At the invitation of Major General P.U.S Vithanage, Commander, Security Forces - Central (SF-C), Dr. Chandana Wijesinghe of Badulla District Hospital delivered a lecture on ‘Non Communicable Diseases’.

Furthermore, Brigadier, P.A Kaluarachchi, Brigadier Administration and Quartering (BAQ), SFHQ-C delivered the vote of thanks.

A total of 250 Army personnel including, Brigadier General staff (BGS), SFHQ-C, Brigadier, N.K Wadugodapitiya attended those lecture sessions.
