The third of the series, a 90-day long English Language Course commenced at the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) for young officers serving the SFHQ-KLN under the directions of Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ-KLN with the intention of enhancing English language proficiency among young officers during the SFHQ-KLN on Monday (12).
Colonel General Staff, SFHQ-KLN addressed the gathering in the opening ceremony of the course with the participation of 18 student officers. The course will be conducted by Lieutenant L.K.S.P Kirihetti, English Instructor, at SFHQ-KLN.
