SFHQ-KLN Organizes Workshop for JNCOs

Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) organized a 4-day workshop on leadership for Junior Non Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) under the guidance of the Commander, Security Forces – Kilinochchi (SF-KLN) at 21 Sri Lanka Light Infantry Headquarters premises on August 22.

The workshop was held under the supervision of the General Officer Commanding (GOC), 65 Division.

A total of 62 JNCOs from respective areas of responsibility participated in the workshop which was concluded on August 27.

During the programme, they listened to a variety of subjects, including Principles of leadership, Responsibilities of a Non Commissioned Officer, Service Regulations for soldiers, etc.
