3 teachers, 75 students and 65 parents, attached to the ‘Our Lady of Lanka Convent’ at Atchchuvely, Jaffna on Tuesday (4) happily, visited the Palaly airport as a part of an organized picnic.
Following a request, made to Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi, Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna (SF-J), facilitating arrangements to this effect, were put in place in close coordination with the Sri Lanka Air Force to suit the visitors’ time-plan.
Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) after facilitating their visit invited them to the SFHQ-J and entertained the visitors to refreshments before they took leave from the SFHQ-J.
